Day 4 – No longer Grand Cayman now Day at Sea

Since there was a medical emergency, when we woke up this morning we were basically in the same location we were at 10 pm last night. The ship went all the way back to Cozumel to drop the individual off at the Hospital and then we head back towards Jamaica. It was disappointing to miss Grand Cayman, now I can’t cross it off of my list of countries. Guess that just means I need another Western Caribbean cruise. Who is going with me?!?! I completely understand having to return for someone that needs medical attention. So today it is full steam ahead to make it to Jamaica for our planned arrival time tomorrow morning.

Mimosa, Screw Driver, and Bloody Mary ($4.75 each + 15% gratuity)
On the Fantasy they have a coffee and regular bar in the middle. You can get a large selection of morning drinks, which was awesome. The coffee card works in the Cove, Cabanas, and Vista Cafe to get coffee.

This morning we woke up and headed to Cabanas for breakfast. This morning I had a Mickey Waffle, eggs, bacon and hard brown. After breakfast came back to the room and grab some items and we back upstairs to hang out.

It was very busy today on Deck 11. We found some chairs to sit that were a little out of the sun and relax. We sat upstairs for a few hours relaxing until it was time for lunch.

Today we decided to have lunch at Royal Palace. I decided to try the Impossible Cheeseburger, which is a plant-based burger. It was actually good.

For dessert I went with the Mickey Funnel Sundae- it is vanilla ice cream, Kit Kat Chunks, Chocolate sauce and Whipped Cream. It was very good. The server offered to get me another one. She said “just say the word and I can have them make another one”. I laughed and said “No thank you, I have to save room for food later!” After lunch we decided to try out chairs around the ship. We are looking for different locations to sit and relax outside of the stateroom. Then we found our way back to the shops! After walking around we went back to the room to finish Star Wars and watched Thor: Ragnarok.

For dinner tonight we were back at Animators, so that meant it was time to make a drawing. We did our drawings and watched the clips from Disney movies until our drawings came to life.
For dinner tonight I have the Tomato Caprese (buffalo mozzarella, Italian Roma Tomatoes, and Picked Basil, drizzled with Virgin Olive Oil)
Chicken Schnitzel (breaded chicken breast fried in butter, served with Roasted Bacon Potatoes and butter green beans). This is so good!!!
Amaretto Cheesecake (vanilla cheesecake layered with baked Amaretto Sour Cream). This one is really good. They have some cheesecakes that are in squares and those ones are not good.

Tonight was the redo for the fireworks, so we walked upstairs to enjoy those. Since the fireworks were at 7:45 pm there were a lot of people outside to watch them. We had a few minutes before the fireworks, so we went to our detective clue while we waited. I finally figured out what my missions for this activity is, there are a few props missing and I am supposed to figure out who stole the items. Mom thinks she has hers figured out I still have a few more people to check out. Spoiler I never figure who my person was that stole the props. I forgot the paper so I didn’t have the numbers I needed to finish my mission, but I think it was Bobo the security guard. Guess I will have to do another mission next time.

Once that was over it was back downstairs for the Aladdin show. It was fun it was a little different from the movie. The play was only an hour long so they had to change a few things. It was still funny to watch. They included things that related to the cruise, which made it funny. When the genie was going through the rules he said rule 1 no wishing for more wishes….Mickey has a strict rules. There were some funny things thrown into the play that were cruise related that made it fun.
