Arrived at the port at 11:15am, out exact arrival time. We got in line to drop off our bags and then headed to the parking garage line. Once we paid for parking ($17/day, but so easy) we were then sent to another line! That line was a line to wait to your Covid test.
.

We waited in our car and someone came over and talked us through the Covid test. We completed those and then were sent to find a parking spot and wait for our results. We went up to the 4th level since there was no one there and found a spot where we could see the ship.

It took about an hour for our results to post that we were clear to board the ship. We grabbed our carry on and headed to the port check in. There we waited in a line to have our QR code scanned to go into another line. There were showed our passport and headed through security. Once through security we headed right to board the ship.

Once on the ship they announce your name and lead you to a circle. You wait until the circles are full and there is a little welcome show is played.

Then you head up to the 4th floor to find you assembly station. There were 2 guys there to help us log onto the WIFI and scan our accessibly station as a check in. They will show the rules for the drill at 4pm pm on all of the TVs (which means cutting into Bama football). We then stated walking up the stairs to find some food. We decided to stop at the 8th floor and where our room was. We meet are room host and our bags were already there, so we stopped by our room.

We are in room 8600, I will write more about the room later. Once we dropped off our bags and grabbed our keys. Those were in a sealed envelope which was nice. Our castaway gifts and lanyard were left on the bed. We headed up to Cabanas for lunch. Once up there you were greeted and they walked you through the food sections. They would add items to your plate and pass you plate between the workers. Then at the end of the line they would hand you your food. We found a table near the window. Someone brought us our silverware, drinks, and condiments. Everyone has been really friendly and is very happy.

After lunch we headed over to the Cove and got some drinks and found loungers in the shade. We enjoyed on drinks staring out at the ocean and relaxed. We had the drink of the day. Then time to head back to the room to unpack and cool off a little bit. We got our stuff unpacked watched a little football in the room before heading downstairs to the bar.

The Mandatory drill was broadcast over the TV which was amazing. We sat and finished our drinks while watching the video. Much nicer than standing outside in the hot sun for 30 minutes. Since the Bama game wasn’t available on the Disney owned channels, Mom and I went back to the room to watch another game.
Time for dinner!!!! We were eating in Enchanted Garden. Our server was high energy and funny. Her laugh sounded like Ursula. She made sure to tell us that if we didn’t like something let her know and she would bring us something different. She told me I could have chicken tenders and Mac & Cheese (which is what I had for lunch!!!). The tables were spaced out and not a lot of people in the dining area. At about 6:50 Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Pluto, and Goofy came out and did some dancing and sang. We were done with dessert and about to leave, but our server made sure to tell us to wait a few more minutes.

After dinner we walked a few laps on deck 4. We had to sit down on the deck chairs for a few minutes, so I can watch the rest of the Bama game on my phone. The we walked around trying to decide what we wanted to do for the rest of the night. Go watch Black Widow, see the Aldain Play (we saw it last cruise) or just go back to the room and relax. We decided to just go back and relax to prepare for what tomorrow has in store for us!
