Since we bough breakfast items last night from Julien’s and fruit at the stand. It was nice to get up get moving slowly. Bella selected a chocolate muffin, I picked out the baguette, Jennah selected pastry that had melted chocolate on top. We can’t remember what it was called.

There is a bus stop very close to our Flat so we jumped on the bus and headed to Sacre Coeur. After getting off of the bus and taking a nice walk up a hill we arrived at the bottom of some stairs. Jennah was less than thrilled about the stairs.
Once we made it to the top we were able to easily get into the church. We were finished looking around about 10 minutes before the 11am mass started, so we decided to sit in the back and join mass. Attending church in an old church is something I’ve always wanted to do. It was in French so I had no idea what was being said but it was really amazing.

After that we found a few souvenir shops and got some fun things and then stopped for some lunch at Au Petit Creux Montmarte.

There was a bakery that is in a TV show (Miraculous) Bella watches that she wanted to find. I was able to find it about 10 minute walk from where we had lunch. We stopped in there and bought some pastries.

Across the street was a little bench we were able to sit down on and enjoy our treats. After the it was off to find the metro to head over to the Arc de Triomphe.

While walking to the metro we saw a old antique shop and Kelle found some little coffee spoons we had been looking at. They were a little pricey, but it was still a fun thing to do.

We took that 285 stairs up to the top of the Arc de Triomphe. It wasn’t super crowded which was nice. The stairs here were much easier than in Pisa, it was one way and the stairs had metal plates on them so they weren’t worn down or slick.
We got some good views of the city. Watched some crazy people take selfies in the median. I did see one person standing in the lane of traffic and almost get hit by a car. There were police around, but they seemed to ignore them.

We did see someone getting arrested from our view up at the top. They were on the ground so we weren’t sure what they did we just watched the cop putting them into the car.

For dinner we decided to head over to the Latin Quarter and eat. There were tons of place to sit down at or get take away. We walked around a little trying to decide what to eat. I wanted a place we could sit outside. We found Jardin Norte Dame and had a nice view of the church. For 18€ there was an option for appetizer, entree and dessert. Each area had about 5 options, so we all decided to try that.

After dinner we walked back by Shakespeare and company. It closed at 7:30pm and we walked by at 8pm
