A little different cruise trip this time. We went out of Miami which is the first (and probably last) time we have done that. The traffic was moving great until we were about 20miles from the port then it took us an hour to get to the port! The exit we need was blocked off so we had to go a different way and then missed the turn.

We did get a nice view of the trip on our detour. Then when we had a u-turn we found all the traffic trying to get back to the port. We finally found the exits for the cruise terminals. The exit for C was blocked off, so we took the turn too soon and missed the bag drop off. we found the parking garage and parked the car. Then got our bags, walked across the street and gave out bag to a porter.

Then we walked and got all checked in quickly. Once checked in we were able to get right in the ship. There is a Marvel Day at Sea picture backdrop. It was busy there so we will come back later and get some pictures. Next stop was lunch down at Animators.

After lunch we walked by the shops to browse and see what they have. We found our assembly station it is in the Theater. Then we walked up to our room to drop off our bags and decide what to do before the mandatory assembly. We took a walk up to deck 12 and enjoyed the view and weather. When not in the sun it was really nice out.

Dinner was good our head serve was great. The assistant serve not so much. She asked us if we wanted esomething from the bar I said “no,but” and she was gone. So I never got a different drink other than water.

I wanted some hot tea with my dessert but she never came back. So we ordered some tea from room service and relaxed in the room after dinner. Right after dinner we walked it into the shops to check things out. We found some things for the boys. There were a lot of people. There are so many people on the ship it is crazy. We will go and look more tomorrow when it isn’t busy. We were going to watch the Golden Mickeys, but still had an hour and a half before it started. We headed back to the room to watch Ant Man. Have to get into the theme of the cruise watching Marvel movies.
