Woke up this morning and decided to grab a coffee and some breakfast at Marceline Market. Right when you go inside they have an Alice in wonderland themed coffee spot. We grabbed coffee (got a Heihei stencil on my coffee) and easily found an empty table. Then time to look at the food selection and make a choice. We soon found out most of the people were already outside a the pool deck.

After breakfast we decided to head downstairs and walk around. Everyone was still asleep, grabbing breakfast or picking out a spot at the pool, so it was nice a quiet. We were able to look at little more closely at the artwork in the atrium.

These really pretty mosaics were in the area near Guest Services. There is so much pretty art work around the ship.

We were waiting for the shops to open, so we stopped at the Skippers Society to do a coloring activity. Mom grabbed another coffee and we chatted with some of the staff as they prepared for the day. This was one of the corner booths it had lots of cool pictures and silly sayings around the booth. The chandeliers in the booth were parrots that were really cool looking.

We learned with one of their specialty waffle snacks that had a Nutella topping the go through 2 giant containers of Nutella just in this bar every week.

Shopping time!! We looked at the shops last night and they were limiting the number of people since these shops are narrower than other ships so we skipped and waited for today. I’m glad we did it wasn’t to bust we could look around. Some people standing in the way, but not too bad. I found some more ornaments for my Disney tree. We saw a few things we might come back for later trying to decide what we really “need”.
After Shopping we headed back to the room to drop off our stuff. It still had not been redone for daytime relaxation so we grabbed some things and headed up to deck 11. I had some homework to do and mom had a book she could read. We found a table luckily before everything got crowded the bad thing was we were right across from Donald’s cantina and everything smelled so good!

A little after 11am I stopped to grabbed some food from Mickey’s smokehouse. It was one of the few places without a really long line. I got some brisket, sausage, and Mac and cheese.

Around noon we headed back down to our room (which still wasn’t clean) so dropped our stuff off and headed downstairs. There was a jungle cruise skit starting, so we figured we would hang out while waiting for that to start. The skit looked like it was fun for the people who participated they had some activities they were doing. They looked like they were having a great time, but watching from above it got a little long, so mom and I decided to move on.

Time for Haunted Mansion!! There was a fun little hallway with different pictures up on the wall leading to the door to either that Haunted Mansion Palor.

Luckily it wasn’t busy when we got there so we could find a seat and watch the different things going on. The paintings came to life and would sing and change from a real picture of a person to a skeleton. The mirror behind the bar had Madame Leota and hitch hiking ghosts.

In the Haunted Mansion I had a drink The chilling challenge (818 anejo tequila, Cointreau noir, blood orange, sour cherry, lime salt air foam).

We went to the DVC to listen to their talk and get a free gift. This time it is a little Heihei that Nana was keeping. We decided to go back and do a one on one talk with DVC to get $50 room credit. Which somehow I need up on Mom’s credit!

Dinner tonight was at Marvel. They had different clips from the movies and little bit with some of the Avengers on the screen where they had to fight the bad guys on the pool deck. For dinner I went with the house salad again this time with blue cheese dressing, followed by Chicken Schnitzel. I had a cheesecake that had some raspberry topping (I didn’t end up liking that and just skipped dessert).

After dinner we headed back to the room to watch some TV and relax. We needed to watch Coco in preparing for dinner tomorrow night. Tonight was clocks ahead one hour. It was maybe 11 pm and in room announcement came on about a bright star on deck 12. I still had internet so I was able to look that up. It meant someone had a medical emergency. We later found out someone had a seizure but everything was ok. It was hard to fall back asleep after that. Good thing tomorrow is another sea day.
