It was a slow morning we don’t pull into Castaway until 10am, so no rush this morning. Up at the buffet was Churro Mickey Waffle day, so the lines for that were really long. Luckily I am not a big churro waffle fan, so I went to the shorter lines to grab some food. We had thought about doing the 5K, but figured it would be a little warm since we didn’t get in until 10am. The fun thing about being Port side on Castaway Day is watching people work and prepare all the things ready for people to get off the ship.

The water looks amazing from the ship. It turned out to be a little chilly. Upper 60s with the wind blowing right off of the ocean.

We decided to head up to the adults area since most people were off of the ship. When we got upstairs we found out that the adults pool was closed today because of cleaning. The drained the pool. We were sad because that is where we wanted to hand out, but decided to grab a seat and just read. We got cold quickly and decided to go into Cove Cafe and get a coffee. Mom ordered a White Chocolate Mocha, but ended up with a hot chocolate. I thought it was funny, mom was sad she didn’t get her caffeine. It did fill up our coffee card with a cheaper drink, so she was able to go back and get the coffee she wanted for free.

After out coffee we found one of the circle chairs that I love and it had a perfect view of the funnel vision, so we watched Lilo and Stitch. The towels came in handy to keep my toes warm! We ended up talking to a mom who was watching her middle school kids ride the aqua mouse. Then we decided we were going to take a ride on the aqua mouse since it was not busy. There was no line, so we got on and the water was cold!!!! Since we were wet and cold when we got back to the beginning they asked if we wanted to go again, so we did. Well we tried. When you go on the ride there is a conveyor belt that takes you to the top before you really get into the water part. Well about halfway up the ride stopped. We were told to wait for someone to come. A lifeguard came up and we had to get off the ride. Which is easier said than done when sitting at an angle on a raft. Then we had to walk back down to get off the ride. The ride wasn’t shut down very long, but by then we had dried off.

There were no lines for any of the food locations on the ship. It was so nice. Today we decided to grab some chicken tenders and fries. We saw lots of Disney employees eating at tables together, not something you normally see with them all in their uniforms. We did stop and talk to the Cruise Director and Assistant Cruise Director for a little while.

After lunch we went back to the adults area since that was the only place you can get an Infinity Swirl. We sat in the rocking chairs and enjoyed the view and our drink.

Today’s matinee was Beauty and the Beast. After spending time outside, we decided to go watch the play. It was not nearly as crowded today was it was yesterday. I think a lot of people were still on the Island. After the play we went back to the room and started doing some packing.
Tonight was back at 1923 our origami animal was a frog that you could make jump.

I did enjoy having a window seat the 3 nights we were in 1923.

Last evening cruise activity is getting all your luggage packed and put outside your room. As well as completing the survey about the trip. After luggage was outside our room we just decided to relax and watch some TV.
Breakfast the next morning was back at 1923 to eat before it was time to get off of the ship. The announcements were better this time we left the restaurant and found a TV screen that showed what luggage tags had been called. Getting off the ship and going through customs was really easy. They do facial recognition so it took like 2 seconds.
