Disney Dream Room 8582

This is one of the shorter verandah rooms 268 sq ft. It has 6 drawers for holding clothes. The closet space has shelves and there were some cabinets and shelves in the room for more storage. This room features a queen bed, a couch that turns into a bed, and a drop down bed to sleep 4 people.

This room had a connecting door to room 8580 (we didn’t need that feature this cruise). The room was about 6 rooms from the exit to the elevators and stairwell at midship. Which was great when we headed to different Decks. We were also far enough that you did hear the noise from people in the stairwell. With the ship having 4003 people on board and being at capacity there was a lot of hallway noise. People for getting to not yell when walking through the hallways or kids running down the hallways. I would say I didn’t hear a lot of hallway noise after 11pm (most nights last night I could hear kids rubbing and yelling). Corridor Etiquette does ask for people to be quiet in the corridors from 10pm-8am. The walk to the Aft corridors felt long but if you were going to Cabanas it was a smart choices. It put you right up into Cabanas.

The Muster station F was located inside the Buena Vista Theater. This was perfect since we got to watch the drill inside with AC while lost of people were standing outside in the sun. Definitely a plus for this room.

This hallway is right across from our room. If more people were tracking and wanted interior rooms this is a perfect spot.

In Castaway the Starboard side gives you a great view of Castaway Cay.

  1. I found this Disney Dream Room post really intriguing—it’s neat how they make the most out of a smaller space on the ship. It reminds me of the clever design hacks I’ve seen in travel photos, where functionality meets comfort on the high seas.
